Hi, everyone! I hope your holiday went well! Ours was pretty good. I made our ham on Christmas Eve and we watched some Christmas specials- Regular Show, He-Man and She-Ra, and The Grinch. We spent Christmas at my mom’s and then came home to wait for the nugget’s other grandparents to come to our house. I’ll tell you what, guys. I never get nail-related gifts. No one really can hazard a guess as to what I’d like. My brother’s girlfriend, though, managed to come up with something that I have nothing of. Dipping Powders. It’s a nice French manicure set by Color Club. Color me impressed! hahahaha
Onto my Christmas Day nails. I was really struggling over what I wanted to do. More than anything, I wanted crazy sparkle. So I skipped the elaborate manicure in favor of something simple that I wanted to do.

This was exactly what I wanted. Plain, but packed with scintillating sparkle! Cherry Luxe is very nearly a one coater, depending on how you apply it. Crown of Queen Elizabeth goes on in 2-3 coats. Dry time on that one is excellent.

The flash shot was accidental, but thought it showed off the polishes nicely, so I used it!
Did you guys do special Christmas nails?
Thanks for stopping by!
Simple can be so beautiful. These are an excellent example of that. I’m still under the weather, so no fun manis for me!

That red is so gorgeous! Also dip powders are fun! But they last three weeks so I’ll be saving them for vacation

I’m thinking of using them and just changing the colors of regular polish on top with non acetone remover. Using it as a sort of strengthener. Not sure how that will work!

Beautiful mani. I love my dipping powders as they really helped my nails after my allergic reaction to gel polish. I never got a single nail related gift either!

Hahaha, I’d happily create a list of nail polishes if people really wanted to get me some!
