Hello, everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. We went to our local amusement park for Hallo-Fun. I’m pretty excited because I got my nugget to try a new ride and he LOVED it. He’s got a lot of fears when it comes to amusement parks, so this was huge progress! We also gave Maggie her first bath. She’s too little yet for flea treatments, so we washed her with Dawn. I was scared at first when we rinsed her off because the water had a bloody tint to it. Afterwards I realized it was flea poop washing off! The poor girl.

So, onto the polish! I’ve had this mani on for several days and it’s wearing really well.

I Fall For Pumpkins by Colores de Carol

This was the second polish I got with my first order from Colores de Carol. I Fall For Pumpkins is a really fun glitter topper in a clear base, comprised of different sized circle and hex glitters.

For this mani, I started with a base of Wet N Wild LAC-My Mani?. I did 2 coats and it dried to a nice matte finish. Next I did my accent nail. I brushed some glitter onto a makeup sponge and picked it off, placing it with a dotting tool. Although I had the bottle upside-down for at least 5 minutes, I had to fish for the large gold circle glitter. It wasn’t too hard to get them, but just a heads-up. Definitely doesn’t change how much I heart this topper. On the other fingers, I just did one coat of the glitter and topped it all with a coat of glossy top coat.

So you get a nice variety of glitter with only one coat and it spreads on nicely- no clumping or anything like that. Great formula. Here’s a couple of macros-

I know with the base color it’s hard to see the difference between glossy and matte. But here she is matted-
