Hey, everyone! How’s your week going so far? Mine is going well. I was really worried about my income tax and what I might owe. Went to the tax lady today and found out my worries were all for naught. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. Did you guys watch the Oscars? I really watch for the dresses. Tell me, did you see the dress Lupita Nyong’o was wearing? Freaking perfection. Best dress in years, I think.
I feel like all I am showing you guys lately is polishes from the Polish Pickup. Lol, I noticed because I’m sick of typing out what the Polish Pickup is! I guess I need to save it to Word and just copy & paste. So what is the Polish Pickup? It’s a once a month shop that over 70 indie polish makers create a polish based on a theme that people like you and I voted on. Once the theme is picked, the makers find an inspiration pic and create the polish from there.
Today’s polish is a much coveted one- Bubblegum Ice Cream by My Indie Polish.

Here we have an almost baby blue crelly with metallic magenta flakies. Formula was great and it’s opaque in 2 coats.

This polish is SO fun. I really wish I would’ve had the chance to matte this. It’s not great if you work in a conservative office, but would be a fab choice for the weekend. I’m thinking this would be a hit with younger girls (and boys- why not?) as well.

I also did some art over top. I decided to go with something a bit whimsical.

I used a purple stamping polish by Pueen for this. The butterflies are courtesy of Born Pretty plate BP- 74.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today!!
