Polish Con NY 2018 Part 2

Hi, everyone! How’s your week going? It’s not going so well here in central PA. We’ve had rain for quite some time now. A couple days ago, the intersection by my house started buckling, rain water over flowed the sewer, and the water came rushing out in every direction. We took about 6-7 inches in our basement. Our shower was knocked off its base, hampers of clothes were knocked over and soaked, and many sentimental items were lost. Even during a hurricane our basement didn’t flood, so we really weren’t prepared for this. My bf lost the most- drawings one of his friends did, very old birthday cards, papers from when his uncle was murdered. I lost everything I was awarded in high school, which was mostly writing related. Basement’s almost dry. We got a giant fan to dry it out. And there’s more rain coming. UGH. On the positive side- our washer, dryer, and furnace are all fine. Some towns 20 miles away have rain up to their car grills. And as I am looking over this post before publishing, I got an emergency warning on my phone about flash floods.

So, again, here is the warning! PICTURE HEAVY!!!! I’m about to show you the second half of my Polish Con haul. It was a fantastic time and I’m so fortunate the circumstances were right to make this trip possible! If you want to see the first half before you check this out, go here- Polish Con NY 2018 Part 1.

First up we have Native War Paints. Their table was pretty fun. You got a free bottle of polish with a $30 purchase and if you spent $10, you could spin the prize wheel. The prize wheel featured lotion, lip balm, nail polish, and a couple other things, I believe.
